PCMA PHL offers members the option of purchasing a season pass to cover the registration fees for most 2020 PCMA PHL events. The dates covered by the pass are:

February 6 – Chapter meeting and breakfast at The Franklin Institute

April 14 – Global Meetings Industry Day and reception at the Pennsylvania Convention Center

July 13-14 – Chapter Retreat

September 10 – Education Day and lunch

October 22 – Fundraiser

December 3 – Holiday party

Note: The season pass does not cover the Phillies event on May 14.

Rates:
Planner rate – $270.00
Supplier rate – $385.00

Payment must be paid in full by February 6, 2020. Checks should be made payable to PCMA PHL and can be mailed to PCMA PHL, PO Box 517, Wynnewood, PA 19096. Payments can be made via credit card by completing this form, Credit Card Auth Form_Season Pass.

Season pass holders are not automatically registered for the chapter events. Those holding a season pass will still need to register for each meeting as a season pass holder.

If the pass holder is unable to attend a program included in the season pass, please contact the PCMA PHL Administrator at [email protected]. The unused portion of the pass may be offered to a planner who may not be able to attend due to budget constraints at their association/corporation.
