The PCMA Greater Philadelphia Chapter is excited to share the sponsor and host opportunities for 2025 meetings and events and invite you to get involved.
**Sponsorship Opportunities Available**
If you’re interested in being a sponsor next year, we have a great offer: sponsors who sign contracts by the end of 2024 can lock in **2024 rates for 2025**. Just ensure payment is received by **Monday, January 6, 2025**, to take advantage of this opportunity. Rates will increase after 12/31/24. Rates range from $1,900 to $10,000.
**Now Accepting Host Venue RFPs**
We are also welcoming **RFP submissions for 2025 host venues**. Event dates being considered: February 6, April 3, October 23, December 4, 2025 If you think your venue would be the perfect fit, we’d love to hear from you!
