Calling all mentors and mentees! Interested in deeper connections within the hospitality industry? The PCMA Greater Philadelphia Chapter is excited to kick off its third year of the Mentorship Program! This initiative pairs students with industry professionals for one-on-one mentorship, focusing on career paths, goal setting, professional communication, and maximizing summer jobs or internships.
Applications are due October 21, 2025.
 STUDENT MENTEE REQUIREMENTS
- Be a student or young professional (within 2 years of graduating)

 INDUSTRY MENTOR REQUIREMENTS
- Be a current events industry professional or retired from the events industry
- People from all career paths are encouraged to apply including suppliers and planners.
- Must be a current PCMA Greater Philadelphia Chapter member (professional, supplier, emeritus, secondary, or tertiary chapter member)

PROGRAM & APPLICATIONS
- Maintain regular communication with your mentor/mentee – ideally 1x/month
- Complete brief surveys/check-ins regarding the program
- The program will run from November 2025 through March 2026.
- Applications are due October 21, 2025.

- IT’S FREE for students! There is no fee (beyond PCMA membership) to participate in the mentorship program.
