PCMA PHL’s DEIA Statement

The PCMA Greater Philadelphia Chapter is committed to establishing a positive and professional environment in which all people are treated with respect and dignity. We will not tolerate discrimination, biases, harassment, or bullying of any kind. Regardless of race, socio-economic status, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, etc., we are an organization that celebrates the richness and diversity of our industry. As an organization and Board of Directors, we agree to follow these principles and maintain that they will be reflected in our vision, mission, strategic planning, programming, governance, and board composition. Our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility extends to our staff, our members, and the programs we develop and support. By working together toward this positive and professional environment, we will ensure that our Chapter takes a stand against social injustice.
