Save the date for the PCMA PHL Chapter Retreat on July 17-18, 2025! This year’s Chapter Retreat will be held at the Tropicana in Atlantic City, and will include opportunities for education, networking, socializing, and fun!
Membership Requirements: To attend the Chapter Retreat, you must be a PCMA member in good standing including an active membership with the PCMA Greater Philadelphia Chapter. For more information about membership, click here. If you are a member of PCMA, but not a member of the Philadelphia Chapter, please add Philadelphia as a secondary chapter for $30.00. Email [email protected] with the request to add the chapter to your membership. After payment, please send confirmation to [email protected].
Our program and agenda are currently being built by the Education Committee. A tentative agenda at a glance is as follows (subject to change):
July 17:
2:00-4:00 PM: Group Activity
5:00-6:00 PM: Opening Reception
July 18:
8:00-9:00 AM: Networking Breakfast
9:00 AM-12:00 PM: Group Sessions
12:00-1:00 PM: Closing Networking Luncheon
Hotel Reservations: PCMA PHL Planner members will receive complimentary guest rooms, but will be charged a resort fee of $27.99 per room, per night. Self-parking will be comped. PCMA PHL Supplier members will receive a discounted room rate of $99 per room, per night plus the $27.99 resort fee. Self-parking will be comped. Planners are required to provide a credit card to secure the reservation. A week prior to the Chapter Retreat, PCMA PHL will share the list of registered attendees with the hotel, and the hotel will waive the guest room charges for planner members. Planners will still be responsible for paying the resort fee of $27.99 per room, per night. Instructions follow on how to make a hotel reservation:
