This dynamic workshop, presented by Christine Cleaver, M.Ed., School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Temple University, Associate Professor of Instruction – Event and Entertainment Management, is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, hands-on skills, and ethical insights needed to unlock the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the events industry. With a balanced mix of theory and practical exercises, the session aims to demystify AI while providing tangible tools to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Participants will gain firsthand experience with cutting-edge AI platforms and explore real-world applications that not only automate repetitive tasks but also elevate customer interactions to new levels of personalization and satisfaction. The session will also foster a community of responsible AI practitioners, guiding attendees through ethical frameworks for responsible AI use in events.

A Note from the Community Service Committee: At this event, we will be collecting donations for Family Promise of The Poconos. Family Promise provides emergency shelter, meals and support to at-risk and homeless children and their families in Monroe and Pike counties through a collaborative network of community agencies and volunteers.
